You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped yet. To cancel, please contact us with your order number via our contact form or email, and our team will confirm if cancellation and a refund are possible before dispatch. Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will need to follow our returns process instead.
Registration can be delayed for a few common reasons, such as high system traffic, payment verification, or missing/incorrect details in your account information. Please also check your email (including Spam/Junk) for any verification or activation messages, as your account may be waiting for you to confirm your email address before it is fully approved.
To buy products from our store, you only need a customer account, a valid shipping address, and a supported payment method (such as credit/debit card or other options shown at checkout). Simply add your chosen car accessories to the cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your contact and delivery details, select your payment method, and confirm your order.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey online. You can also log in to your account, go to “My Orders”, and click on the relevant order to see its current status and tracking updates
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within our return period (for example, 14–30 days from the delivery date), as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return conditions. To get your money back, please submit a return or refund request through our contact page or by email with your order number, wait for approval and return instructions, then once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.
